Barrister Samuel O. Agbeluyi is the 16th President of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN); a graduate of Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology, Yabatech, a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, ESUT, a Master’s Degree (M.Sc) from Lagos State University, LASU; and an LLB degree from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom.

Samuel Agbeluyi is a chartered taxation practitioner and chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
